GreenWheels Performance Return Policy

At GreenWheels Performance, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

- LSV (Low-Speed Vehicles): Custom-built LSVs, including vehicles ordered through our LSV Customizer, are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or a significant issue covered under warranty.

- E-Bikes and Accessories: E-bikes, parts, and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

- Sale Items: Sale and clearance items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

2. Conditions for Returns

- All returned items must be in their original packaging, with all manuals, tags, and accessories included.

- Returned products should be free from any signs of use, wear, or damage.

- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to non-defective returned items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or personalized orders (such as custom-built LSVs).

- Opened or used accessories, parts, or batteries.

- Gift cards.

4. Return Process

- In-Store Purchases: Items purchased in-store must be returned to GreenWheels Performance at our Round Rock, TX location.

- Online Purchases: For items purchased online, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

5. Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with details of the issue.

7. Warranty Claims

For warranty claims on LSVs or other products, please refer to the specific warranty documentation provided at the time of purchase. GreenWheels Performance will assist in facilitating any valid warranty claims.
